Here at Sonic Hacking Community, we want to foster a safe, fun and educational forum for fans who enjoy making mods and for fans who just like playing the mods we make! In order to keep this community fun and safe we have rules in place that all members should follow while using this forum. Remember these rules can change at any moment, so keep that in mind.
Please treat all members and staff with respect. If you see anyone breaking this rule at any time please report their posts and staff will deal with the post and member accordingly. Do not engage with anyone who you feel like is being disrespectful to you.
All mods and hacks should be hosted elsewhere. Eventually I would like to integrate a downloads section for the community and we'll be able to share files over there. But I currently do not have the money or means to get hosting that allows me to do so. Until then use places like Google Drive or Mediafire. DO NOT USE Discord! Discord will eventually delete your downloads to save bandwidth.
Do not share hacks with stolen assets or without permission from the hacker or hacker group! Anyone caught sharing hacks with stolen assets will be asked to remove their hack until the assets are removed. If you got permission from someone to use their assets please do give them credit.
Please do not backseat moderate while on the forums. Use the report button if you see any posts breaking rules. If you continue to backseat moderate, your chances of becoming staff at a later date when staff is needed will be decreased. Additionally do not ask to be staff either.
Do not share links to actual Sonic games! We do not tolerate piracy here on Sonic Hacking Community. Additionally do not share links to cracked software or warez. This is a ROM hacking community, NOT a hacker community.
